“Learning is a celebration” is a simple motto made all ‘Lions’ to lay the foundation of “Lions Club Education Association” under the socially active club i.e. “Lions Club of Dehu Road”.

It has been almost 30 years, our incredible institute came into existence to fulfill the trust of many lives all across our neighborhood. Under the guidance of various Lions Club visionary members, we laid foundation of this noble initiative of imparting education tomake children to contribute in various fields which in turn help creating a great nation. We strongly feel that, from time of inception, our institute has successfully carried out activities for the overall developments of our dear students, be it curriculum, knowledge, mental & physical developments, social orientations & most importantly sense of giving back to society at large.

What makes this institute unique is the fact that it’s the brain child of an organisation which is so grossly involved in working for the social causes, empowerment of underprivileged & most importantly giving back to society. Management continues to explore opportunities to enhance & upgrade current practices of schooling be it infrastructure, technology, training & development. All the staff at our institute is always responsive to adapt the change both internally & externally with wholeheartedly support of the management.

Most delighting is to see an unconditional support from all our teachers, support staffs, vendors, management committee members & many individuals in vicinity as they believe in our institute and I am very much sure to have same support henceforth too.

“Education awakens the power and beauty that lie within us” Education does not only mean academic excellence. It rather is a harmonious and synchronized combination of Head, Hand and Heart, which symbolizes Skill, Intellect and Human values, respectively. In the present era of digitalization, it is the biggest challenge before educators, society and parents to nurture the young minds with the indelible impression of holistic education.

As Plutrach said “Young mind is not a vessel to be filled, but fire to be kindled” Keeping the same aim in mind, we, here in our institute, we endeavors to ignite the young minds of our society and assist them to grab their horizon. We constantly improve our teaching methodology, according to the prescribed norms, so that it turns learning into combination of classroom study, research, scientific discovery etc. Academic excellence is our major thrust. But along with that we are devoted to prepare the students for life, groom them to face the challenges of tomorrow, and encourage them to be socially relevant.

Today, we have well equipped science and computer lab, all digitalized classroom loaded with new and innovative teaching software, extensively developed playground, sixteen trained educators, nine non-teaching staff along with all new and improvised techniques to mould and nurture the prospect of more than four hundred students in secondary and higher secondary section of the institute.

I personally believe in giving our students strong values along with set of wings which may carry them far and wide. In other words, our students are equipped to face the challenges of the rapidly changing world and I am sure all our efforts make them stronger and stronger to have successful, satisfied and ease life in future.

As look back regarding my club and this educational institute that we conduct. a pictorial flashback starts unrolling before me. It was in 1988 that we started the club and in the middle of 1989 we started a small school with 10, 12 children and 2,3 teachers in rented rooms near Kohli Gas. Since then this school has grown up by leaps and bounds, rising class by class every year and now it has its own building. We were also successful in running a junior college with speciaous ground. The students strength in our educational institute stands more than 1200. Our past students have excelled in their lives and some of them become reputed doctors, engineers etc. Many of our past students attend the functions that we celebrate in the education institute and that time they narrate their experiences, knowlwdge that they acquired while learning in our educational institute.

I feel very proud and satisfied that our this education institute has always been handled/managed by dedicated and talented lion members without any dispute and ego among themselves while managing the affairs of this great place of learning.

The significance and responsibility or role of education is very high. Education is very much important in our life. We should never underestimate the importance of education in life be it any education, formal or informal. Formal education is the education we get from school colleges etc. and the informal one is from parents, friends, elders, etc.

Education has become a part of our life as education now a day is needed everywhere it is literally a part of our life. Education is important to be in this world with contentment and affluence. To become successful, we need to be educated first in this generation. Without education, people will dislike you think you as a majority, etc. Also, education is significant for the individual, communal and monetary development of the country or nation.

The worth of education and its consequence can be unstated as of the truth that the minute we are born; our parents begin educating us about a vital thing in life. A toddler starts learning innovative words and develops a vocabulary based on what his parents teach him.

Educated people make the country more developed. So education is also important to make the country more developed. Importance of education can’t be felt unless you study about it. Educated citizens build up high-quality political philosophy. This automatically means that education is responsible for the high-quality political philosophy of a nation, state a particular place doesn’t matter of its area. Now a day the standard of someone is also judged by someone’s education qualification which I think is right because education is very important and everyone should feel the importance of education.

The obtainable learning or educational system today has been abridged to a swap of commands or instructions and information and not anything extra. But if we compare today’s educational system with the before ones that are in previous times the purpose of education was to instill high-quality or superior or good values and ethics or principles or morality or simply morals in an individual’s consciousness. Today we have drifted away from this ideology because of the rapid commercialization in the education segment.

People suppose that an educated being is one who is able to become accustomed to his situations as per the necessity. People should be able to make use of their skills and their education to conquer difficult blockage or obstacle in any area of their life so that they can take the correct decision at that correct moment. All this quality makes a person an educated person.

A good education makes an individual develops socially & Economically.
